Lou Verdelli

Lou Verdelli is a managing director in the municipal finance department and is based in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania, office. He joined Raymond James in 2022 after 15 years at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to working at RBC Capital Markets, he was in the financial advisory practice at Public Financial Management for 14 years. During the past 30 years, he has structured and completed hundreds of different types of financings for Pennsylvania authorities, municipalities and school districts. He has extensive experience developing new money, refunding and restructuring municipal bond transactions. These transactions have varied from traditional fixed-rate bonds to variable-rate bonds, bank notes and bond pool borrowings. Lou is a registered securities representative and maintains Series 7, 52 and 63 licenses, and is a graduate of Albright College with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and economics.
